The following describes the terms on which RefinancingAdvice.com offers you access to our services.
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and RefinancingAdvice.com and applies to your use of any related products and services available through www.RefinancingAdvice.com (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may use our service. We strongly recommend that, as you read this Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as a user.
In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "RefinancingAdvice.com," "Dr. Guttery," "we" or "our" will refer collectively to RefinancingAdvice.com and its subsidiaries.
I give Dr. Randall S. Guttery explicit permission to charge my credit card or
PayPal® account $39.00 U.S., in exchange for him offering me refinancing advice.
Specifically, he will inform me whether he believes I should refinance, in a present value sense. All recommendations are based upon the Refinancing Data Sheet inputs, which are provided by you. Dr.
Guttery will use prevailing interest rates on a 15-year, fixed-rate loan as the
appropriate discount rate on anticipated future cash flows.
I understand that Dr. Guttery’s advice is based solely on the information I have
provided on the Data Sheet. I hold Dr. Guttery harmless for any
opinion furnished which is based on information provided to him, upon which he relied, that was inaccurate. I also
understand that Dr. Guttery’s advice is being offered on a before-tax basis. I
realize that I should consult my financial planner, tax attorney, or CPA for the
tax consequences of Dr. Guttery’s advice. I understand that escrow items are
ignored in this analysis, as they are assumed not to change. If my current loan
is an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM), I agree to have Dr. Guttery use prevailing interest rates on a 15-year, fixed-rate loan for the remaining term of this loan.
I stipulate that Dr. Guttery’s advice is merely his professional opinion;
therefore, I agree not to pursue any legal action against him, his successors,
and/or assigns for any reason, even if I disagree with his opinion.
Once Dr. Guttery offers his opinion to me, the terms of our contractual
relationship will be fulfilled. Should I choose to engage Dr. Guttery further, I
agree to pay him a rate of $39.00 U.S. as each 15 minute block of time
commences. Payment will be made with a charge to my credit card or PayPal®
account on file with Dr. Guttery.
I understand that Dr. Guttery will not share any information that I provide to
him with any third party, including my credit card or PayPay ® data.
